Looks good. Have downloaded and installed but am waiting before I add anything. Did not use Build High as I use ACS and they do not play nice with one another. I took the chance in that I had once built a large settlement like this from the ground up (three stories from the overpass) with a helipad and did not have any issue with the height. It installed easily. Once enough time passes, I will be adding some touches. Thanks. You saved me a lot of time as the last build I did here took me 4 days to complete. Endorsed.
Thank you. I make these settlement designs as templates. minimal clutter objects, but enough resources to make it pretty much self sufficient. Have fun customising it to taste!
Just uploaded some pics. Very happy with the outcome. I love that each settler has their own room. The height of the settlement allowed me to build a heli-pad and some nice artillery placement. This play through I will, for the first time, destroy the brotherhood. Need that artillery.
Quick question, how easy is it to save a settlement that you have built up??
Save your finished settlement using transfer settlements. Save or overwrite any folder in "C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Fallout 4\Data\F4SE\Plugins\TransferSettlements\blueprints"
Navigate to that folder and Save the ".json" file to a place of your choosing.
Can I just say that I thought Onyx was the best transfer settlement modder however I have switched my opinion to you. The reason being the variety of combinations you use to create buildings. They are all ergonomically designed with as little materials used as possible so we don't get 3000 plus which drops frame rates like nobody's business. And you have a well used core bunch od addon mods that provide a lot of extra bits you don't get from Onyx and they are the ones I normally use myself to build settlements from scratch. By using the same mods and many of them common ones most users of mods use you have kept the hit list on additional mods down. Well done and keep up the brilliant work.
I still think Onyx is the master of using only core game components which is great if you don't want to add any mods to your game so people with low end machines or people who just don't want a mod list that runs over one hundred mods then Onyx is your man. When it comes to pushing beyond the basics you are the master long may you reign
Very nice, endorsed. Just a few minor issues to point out: 1. There are three missing glass walls in the big room with the vendor counters for weapons, armor, and general goods. At first I thought something might have flaked out with the import and it would be better when I went away and came back later, but then I noticed the same issue was visible in screenshot 19. 2. "hence the plethora of rocket launchers and robot guards." You are aware that Transfer Settlements does not export (or import) Automatron robots, right? 3. It wasn't clear ahead of time that workbenches and a power armor stand would be added to the original shack (meaning it would have helped if I'd scrapped the furniture in there before importing).
thanks, 1. Will look at it and update, once I get there. A previous blueprint didn't bring a few pieces in...must have missed these when I updated. 2. Have added an optional d/l (Robot Home defence) that will allow you to place robot guards. 3. Pic 27/28 clearly shows the layout of the shack's interior.
that look amazing, if i were a fan of these transfer settlements i would definitely do that at finch farm, it looks great, would love to try something like that for finch farm in a future play through, cheers
