THANKS! I was trying to fix this my self because I didn't find this mod at first. But a simple google got me here :) About the reflex sights someone mentioned, I'm working on fixing them so you actually can aim in VR.
Thanks for the patch. Just a suggestion for an added bonus, but could you add scope fixes to your VR patches? It's a pretty simple fix to get the mag reflex to go into zoom in VR.
I am desperate, I have tried in several ways to install it and it always happens to me that the weapon becomes invisible inside the game, if I install the main mod, it comes out correctly even if it misplaced its position in vr, second step, I install the update of the creator, overwriting esp and with just that step, the weapon disappears !!!!!, this is something I discovered today, disappears if I install the update v1.2 of the creator and also disappears if I install the vr fix position of zfroggyman, my current kriss vector I have it modified after going through a bank of weapons, I tried to get another unit of kriss vector, clean and virgin, without any type of modification, I did it through the console by typing "player.additem 220000F99", I added a new vector kriss to my inventory I selected it and I added it invisible, I can not see it !!!!!, only visible if I install the original file of 117.2 mb, downloaded from this link .....
How are you installing it? What mod manager do you use or do you install manually? Do you have mod organizer 2? I'm not sure about manual installs as I only tested on mod organizer 2 and downloading it through there. With mod organizer you just have to install the linked vector mod first then my mod. You do not need the patch at all. When you install my mod are you sure you aren't completely replacing every file from the old mod. The kriss vector should keep its original files and only the esp is replaced. For a manual install just drag and drop all the kriss vector files into your data directory then drag and drop my files into the data directory. I triple checked today to make sure the mod was working and it definitely was as I was playing around with the kriss vector all morning today.
Guys I'm sorry to bother you, I have bad news, I have installed the fix and it does not work, I have overwritten the krissvector.esp file and the meshes folder and the kriss vector becomes invisible, when I enter the game and select the weapon, nothing comes out , it becomes totally invisible, if the menu with the number of bullets comes out and if I press the trigger of the htc vive, if it fires, but the weapon is not seen, the rest of all the weapons work perfectly.
Make sure after installing the original kris's vector mod that is linked when you click download and my mod that the original kris's vector files still exist like the models textures sound folder ect. The only file that should be replaced is my esp file. For mod organizer 2 users just install my mod afterwards or if you want to merge with the original click merge and not replace
Thank you very much to the creators for thinking about the people who play the wonderful Fallout 4 in virtual reality, this weapon is an absolute wonder, but the incorrect position in vr subtracts a lot of realism, I am looking forward to arriving home to be able to prove it, as soon as I'll write you my feelings, again, a million thanks for your hard work.
