    Everything should be "usable".
    Still need a ton of rebalancing (stats, crafting cost, perks...etc.), probably won't be completely finished until January or later.

    Please note: only report Horizon/balance related issues such as:

    • Crafting costs/perks.
    • Damage compared to vanilla weapons.
    • Leveled lists and item availability.
    • Weapon mods behaviors.
    • etc.

    For problems regarding Textures, Models, Animations, Sounds, or other assets please check the original mod's page for information.

     

    These weapons all have been tested for several hours in-game on a clean save with nothing else but Horizon installed, I am confident enough to say 95% of crashes are on your end.
     

    Before you report a bug, please make sure:

    • Patch is loaded AFTER z_Horizon.esp and DO NOT USE LOOT TO SORT.
    • Correct version of the original weapon mod is installed properly and enabled.
    • You are not trying to modify an older weapon obtained from another patch.
    • You do not have problematic mods like faction/weapon overhauls or weapon replacers that may alter keywords or even weapon entries.
    • Otherwise, test by disabling non-essential mods and load an older save, use console to spawn a new weapon

    For example- help grease 4 weap or help "grease gun" 4 weap

    It should return the weapon's name and 8-character ID

    Then type player.additem ######## <- the ID code

     

     

    Other Fallout 4 bugs:

    • Inflated weapon firing speed - usually it's an UI display only glitch, does not alter your actual rate of fire by 200~400% (Yes I've tested with a timer)
    • Weapon mod categories disappear - happens when you have copies of the same weapon with different attach points, must equip the actual gun you want to modify before using the weapons workbench.
    • Mod categories skipping - caused by too many nested attach points, luckily this doesn't happen too often.
    • 3rd person animation in Power Armor - technically not a bug, but most custom animations do not work well in 3rd person power armor because it's a huge pain to create. Just keep that in mind when using PA.

     

    Lastly, please provide as much detail as possible when reporting problems. "Mod no work" gives me zero information.

    Hey, I'm having an issue where my game CTDs right when I hover over the name of the weapon in any weapon workbench. Any idea why that would happen?

      put FN-FAL.esp after z_horizon.esp in load order

      I already had the FAL.esp loaded after the Horizon.esp. I also did som more rearranging on it and put it towards the bottom of my load order, but with no success

    Bit of a weird issue but for some reason the gun is only able to be chambered in 5.56, 7.62, and .50 but not .308, the caliber the gun was designed to shoot. Any chance of maybe fixing this? The original mod uses .308 and Wardaddy even addresses this in the comments on his mod page: the 7.62 in Nuka World is 7.62x39, the round the AK-47 uses (since the Handmade Assault Rifle in Nuka World is an AK mashup) not 7.62x51 (the NATO/US Military version of .308).

      There's nothing for me to fix, it's the way Horizon works. Firing modes and ammo types are packaged together and assigned to weapons, if you want .308 added to assault rifles, ask Zawinul

    Works fine, but the speed of running from the first person is slow.

      That' a possible animation problem, you'll have to ask DOOM or WarDaddy.

      I just checked in game, same speed as other weapons. You probably have conflict with another animation mod.

    Added new v1.4 Material Swaps, added zoom levels to ACOG and Specter scopes, left reflex sights as is for balance.
    Changed Pasta Ammo to use 7.62mm and lowered its damage slightly.

    Make sure you download the right patch if you choose to use alternative sounds.(and install my patch LAST )

    Decommissioned the no pasta version for now because I'd end up with 4 files. If you wish just delete everything that has "pasta" in its EditorID.

    All pasta-related recipes are added to the cooking station, higher level Fresh Pastas provide more yield (3x, 6x, 9x).

    The second version does not have the noodle-crafts but can still obtain those items via console if you wish.

      Damn it just noticed a few typos, well they ain't game-breaking so I'll update at another time.

      I am however still looking for feedback on the schematic system - too cheap? too expensive? bugs?

    Nice, this will serve as my base reference to patch my other favorite weapon mods, I'll report any bug if I find any.
