I can help test the mod and even help with some ideas for locations. I'm currently playing a "raw" survival play-through and can find new places for you to add. and once I'm done with the play-through I can help test locations and check if anything is missing.

added to tracking , there are literally dozens of places i would love to see turned into working settlements. like revere beach area, gibson point pier near reeb marina, and yes there are mods from the geck project, but that mod crashes me to desktop far too much so i wont use it, but these are 2 spots i love because of the potential for waterfront development.

You need version 1.001 to fix a Fast Travel bug/glitch that causes freezing and/or crashing. Once you clear out the 3 "living" ghouls you can access the workbench, yes. It is located by where the chemistry station is behind the wall where the robot and robot terminal is.
