This graphical enhancement mod allows you to customize lighting, color, and other visual aspects of Fallout 4 without any ENB files.
You can install this graphical enhancer tool the same way you install standard mods through Vortex.

This mod now comes with a settings holotape, so you can alter your graphical enhancements on the fly.
You can now customize your graphical enhancements exactly to your liking with in depth customization.You can alter contrast, saturation, and brightness, as well as add/combine color tints (filters), DOF, and radial blur.
Here is some fun with filters, saturation, DOF, and contrast through the holotape in-game:
