This mod has a bug that prevents the associated quest "Visions in the Fog" from even starting. The dialog with Richter outside The Nucleus is there as normal but the quest never starts when you agree to do the ritual. Richter will be in a bugged state after that and says 'show what you found to the grand zealot' but that is impossible since the people inside The Nucleus are enemies still.
The work-around is to not enable this mod until after you start the quest. Once "Visions in the Fog" is in your journal and says to "Drink from the Spring" you can save, exit and enable this mod. At that point the letter will be at the spring and you can proceed and either drink from the spring or use the letter to skip that part.
Yeah pretty much. I wouldn't have found out about it without this info. Another info I'll add is that it's possible for two mother statues to spawn, only grab one but don't save; there's a change for a ctd. I suggest uninstalling asap after completing the quest.
Honestly pretty annoyed at Bethesda that you don't have the Charisma option to bs your way around this; s#*! like this is what I invest in that skill line for
