   all modifications-latest versions,1.10.120f4se looks menu and mirror
   and all that is required-established.nothing helps (so with all the presets)

      Not sure what you mean?
      
      If it is grey-ing out the presets button in the character menu, it might be that need to update F4SE

      I don't think it's related to outdated F4SE - if that would be the case, it won't even allow to start the game via F4SE due to version mismatch
