RED ROCKET - COOLANT - DIESEL - FUSION

I've altered the Red Rocket logo to reflect that they are primarily a coolant station that also works on diesel and fusion engines.

Red Rocket stations are set up as coolant stations according to 'lore' and apparently do not sell gasoline. Though there are gas canisters in-game, they are a scrap item and could conceivably hold diesel instead. There are three types of coolant containers in-game, so I've concluded that a majority of the engines and power generators, except those that could run on bio-fuel, must be either nuclear or fission based and need coolant to run properly.

v1.2  - I went through the entire vanilla texture files for the game and found 2 more logos. I don't know if they're actually in the game (I haven't seen them as of yet) but they're replaced as well.
