tried, however your build area is huge way outside my green build area. so half of the build is not in the settlement and the house is not where it should be. any help?
I downloaded "1x1 Craftable Foundation Pieces" cause Transfer Blueprints reported it missing, I installed "Tinas Cookiepocolypse -AKA DDProd All In One plus Quest" (love the loot) but didn't want to chance its requirement. I also installed "Clean and Simple - Greentop Nursery Startup" but still needed to scrap (I Think) the original house, greenhouse (left fruit trees), trees and rocks.

That's interesting.... I have had the DDProd 1x1 foundations for years...When I uploaded this blueprint I went searching for a link and couldn't find it...."Tina's Cookiepocalypse" was the closest I could find....The 1x1 stackable blocks are excellent...if they still exist as a standalone I would appreciate a hyperlink so I can add it to the mod requirement page.
(edit...found them...removed Tina's mod and replaced it with the correct link)
I scrapped the original house and greenhouse but left the sprinklers intact on my build.... In this playthrough I have mods that leave all factions intact...Desdemona stands down....Maxon is out and about enjoying his 20s ....The institute is intact (minus Shaun and a few key scientists) and Preston is in Diamond city Jail.... It made sense that with all those resources at Nora's disposal, she would try to rebuild.... New for old....so yeah; Old/broken buildings are demolished as a matter of course. Thanks for the kind words.
Doh! I had a feeling about not scraping water pipes when scrapping greenhouse but didn't see how they could match up with new structure. Very tempted to go back and redo but that would mean redoing your Graygardens blueprint and I had a real hard time getting that one installed. Still looks awesome.
When I do these builds I open console; "getpos x", "getpos y", "getpos z" and "getangle z" This gives me identical coordinates to place the new buildings after I scrap the original ones....with the new greenhouse I just needed the "z" angle as I wanted a bigger building. Scrap everything is a seriously useful tool for me as I need to get trees, shrubs and rocks out of the way....that and "disable", "markfordelete" if scrap everything doesn't pick it up.
