Sadly, a lack of free time doesn't allow me to promise anyone to accept requests, but I'll be totally glad to hear them. By now I'm just publishing the presets I'd made some time ago, but If I find time I will try to make some more.
That uses to be a mismatch with the textures. The Natural 2K Face Textures mod (needed for this mod to work) has two download options, 2K textures and 1K textures, check which one fits your game setup better

Have you installed all the requirements? Are you using looksmenu to load the preset? Did you check that the preset is installed in the right folder? (Data\F4SE\Plugins\F4EE\Presets)
Love the preset it's awesome. However i'm having an issue and I don't know if it's a mod conflict or something isn't working right in general. But every time I go to select the preset everything around the neck gets messed up. It's like there's a skin colored fan around the head. It's not just in the character creation menu but also when I walk around in game in 3rd or 1st person.
Could you post your load order and a picture of that issue, please? I've never heard something like that and first thought was a mod conflict, so maybe if I see a pic of it and your load order I could recognise the problem and look for a fix for you.
I think I might have found the issue. When I started a new game the preset was fine. It was when I was trying to use the preset with console commands where I would get the weird neck issue. I'll try it out at the surgery center in Diamond city to see if it does the same thing.

Fantastic ! He's a very difficult character to replicate in any character creator too because he has such a unique face which makes it all the more impressive .

The best thing about presets is that you can modify as youwish then so yes, we can have from young Joe to the old mule
