What I've actually done here is tripled the caps value of the cigarettes and cigars, and moved them to the misc tab, same with Pre-War money, value set to 10 for those.
In other words removed the over abundance of extra unneeded mats from this stuff. Great idea seeing as how many of these items are more valuable as daily items than craft items. Although I feel the 10 caps per for the pre-war money might be a bit too much since it's not hard to find stacks of old cash in Fallout 4. Going to track this mod though and see what else you add to it.
Alright so after having both mods running for a while I decided to make some changes. I felt the prices you had for the cash and cigarette\cigar boxes were too high. I dropped the cash down to the base game value and halved the values for all boxes. I will say though I like that having both mods running makes me have to rethink how to go about getting crafting resources since with base game all that junk gave too much generous resources.
pre-war money was always worth picking up, they didn't wight anything and would sell for a lot in stacks still it is good not to worry about destroying my money stacks because I am making beds in my settlements.
This mod is clearly an Institute plot to bankrupt the Railroad by jacking up the price of Desdemona's cigarettes. Let's do the math. As a 12 pack a day smoker, she stands to lose...
oh i remember went rich in F3 with the Carton of cigarettes, they were worth like 30 caps and the pack was like 6caps. In F4 they bought all your s#*! for 30 caps lol and stimpanks cost like 90c each xd
To be fair regarding cigarettes and the like, tobacco does have a shelf life, and pre-war tobacco probably would've gone bad after 210 years even with preservatives added. Cigars would DEFINITELY have gone bad even if stored properly.
