~~~Basics~~~
Adds a large number of power-producing Industrial plots to Sim Settlements 1.
All plots are player-select only.
~~~The Plots~~~
Internal:
* Internal Tesla Power - produces and radiates power (5/10/20 power, in a 6/8/10 floor-tile area, costs happiness)
* Small Tesla Power - as above but takes up only a 1x1 floor area (4/8/16 power, costs happiness)
* Tiny Tesla Power - as above but takes up only a 0.5x0.5 floor area (4/8/16 power, costs happiness)
* Institute Power Pod - a self-contained power-producing and -radiating pod with an Institute theme (10/20/40 power, snap-points)
External:
* Classic Tesla Power - the classic rickety shack that produces and radiates power (10/20/40 power, 10/16/20 floor-tile area, costs happiness, several skins)
* Windmill Tower - very high with ladders to a sniper platform up top (10/20/40 power, several skins)
* Tesla Factory - as above but more factory-like and not as in-your-face electrical at higher levels (10/20/50 power, several skins)
* Fusion Power - refurbishes an old fusion plant (20/40/80 power, several skins)
* Vault-Tec Power - recovers and refurbishes a miniature Vault-Tec power plant (25/50/100 power, oversize, Vault-Tec snap-points - doesn't require DLC, several skins)
* Institute Power - a self-contained power-producing and -radiating building with an Institute theme (50/100/200 power, very oversize, snap-points)
Notes:
* Internal plots can only power other items via wireless power
* External plots can accept and re-radiate power through their power-pole
* Institute plots "clip" with the ASAM/power pole - not much can be done about this (maybe I'll figure that out eventually)
