I migrated to PC from PS4 and the Glowing Hancock mod on there was one of the things I have missed most (along with Uncle Deacon). I was so happy to learn you made this. Thank you for sharing it, I only wish I had known sooner!
well this is a great idea :) that experimental radiation drug he took now feels like a legit thing :)
although.. now we kinda need a non-feral glowing one texture that really glows more, like 'Jason Bright' more. ( of course, fitting a fallout 4 ghoul )
Yeah I was surprised nobody had done this on pc there was a ps4 mod though. Yes the vanilla textures kind of look like somebody put green paint in the low spots but I can't do texturing so will have to wait and see if someone retextures Oswald.
well if we are going to go into technical stuff, let's say that perhaps glowing ones like oswald and jason bright control the radiation they emit, because, ya know, they're not feral?
Now this actually makes him stick to the lore of how he became a Ghoul. Sometimes I wonder if the writers who wrote so much of the dialogue and various lore bits into this game were just being ignored by the mappers and modelers cause it tends to feel like there was a serious disconnect between the various teams working on Fallout 4.
