Bodygen - I have not tested if this has an impact on the regular Bodygen functions of LooksMenu. I personally use "LooksMenu BodyGen Presets" to define the body types that Bodygen will use and the "FAPP Weight Fixer" to disable the weight triangle morphs. If you use LooksMenu Bodygen and installing LooksMenu Body Sliders Extended results in some crazy NPC morphs, like ginormous tatas or xxxl saddle bags, I highly recommend the aforementioned mods to help limit what Bodygen can change.
Ikaros Race - Ikaros changes the same file as this mod. Install this mod second, choosing to overwrite when prompted. Thank you Cheesecake13 for this discovery.
Diverse Bodies - It has been reported that the this mod can cause slider issues. Thank you JPSRose for this discovery.
It just doesn't work. I tried so much. Disabled everything else except the requirements suggested here. Disabled CBBE and reinstalled. Nothing. I get the outline of the menu, but no sliders and no other options known to me to make it work. Does anyone have it currently functioning ?
This mod is obsolete in the current version of looks menu 1.6.20.
What this mod does is to change the Data\F4SE\Plugins\F4EE\Sliders\CBBE.esp/sliders.json file to:
"minimum": -2.5, "maximum": 2.5,
And the fine adjustments from
"interval": 0.1, to "interval": 0.01"
The defaults for looksmenu current version is already -2.5 to 2.5. so this is not needed only the fine adjustments may be useful, to have a smaller increments.
Doesn't look like this is very active lately, Thought it prudent to comment on a few things.
Nexus knows nothing of "FAPP Weight Fixer". Body Gen works fine if you have a preset set. (Although some changes may be lost to secondary mods that use body types, i.e. HHS, AAF, etc). In which case, the best fix is to make a folder with that mod.esp name and put a copy of (your new) morphs/templates files in there. This should apply to Unique Player as well. But I believe there are other ways to deal with that as well. (per: m273) If you lose your preset after leaving vault, something is probably configured wrong, but you can overwrite through ~ slm load your preset, and go. All this works best if your weight triangle remains untouched, or for existing NPCs their triangle is centered, .5,.5 or more likely .3333, .3333, .3333.
Im using this mod, but for some reason the slider doesnt work in showlooksmenu, when i increase the value of the body, it doesnt change at all. Im using Fusion Girl
Excuse me. I'm sorry to ask or bug but im like brand new to modding. :( How do I access the in game slider menu? when I load the game up I don thave like a holo tape or anything like I thought I would with trustorms. How do I do that? I'm sorry...
the following console command will open the LooksMenu interface for the player character: slm 00000014 1 - make sure you can see your character's face before entering this command
