Not a lot I can do about any of that, I'm afraid. Thank you for looking in.

The screenshots look amazing. Like some kinda big raider base that's part of a mission. Cool design :)

The requirements list is massive, man, and most of these are in .esp with very little changes... could you consider cutting it down some? Or possibly give an "absolutely necessary" requirement list vs all these little optional extras?

      Thank you for the comment.

I can't cut the mod lists down for any of my blueprints, they are what they are from what I build.

But none are strictly necessary for the blueprint to be used, you just will find items missing.
Decoration mods could be easily skipped, but your rooms may look bare.
Any structural mods missing will likely result in missing walls, floors, roof or other such things. But gaps like these can usually be filled in-game with whatever items you do have.

Any mods I use, and therefore list, I do recommend though.
They are all worth having if you like settlement building.

Apologies for the late reply, I have been busy elsewhere and not checked in here for a while.

Not usually one to diss someone's work but, this was a disaster for me.
I started the Transfer then took off to let it build. Came back after 5 hours of playing and found it was completely disorganized. Walls were flipped, stairs were blocked, floors were uneven, nothing was wired. I had to make a flight of stairs to get out of the hole the workshop was in. Personally, putting the Fast Travel mat in the middle of the settlement seemed an odd choice.
I spent an hour (real-time) trying to get the 'factory' to work before I gave up and ripped it all out.  Stairs to the highway were so messed up I finally used the console to fly up.
All in all, it probably saved me some time, but I had to rebuild pretty much the whole settlement. The Fusion pile was an interesting choice for power. I've spent two hours so far and I am still fixing things. I've never had a Transfer Settlement 'blow up' like this before. :/

Sorry to hear that you had problems.

Do you mean to say you left Greygarden and continued to play Fallout 4 after starting the transfer? Or do you mean you left your PC alone, in Greygarden and just happened to be "playing" something else on another device?

If it's the first option, I'm not sure Transfer Settlements supports that. You may have got lucky before with another blueprint. I would check with the Transfer settlement mod/author to see if that is intended.
I have always remained in the settlement in question when transferring a blueprint, and assumed it wouldn't be happy if I left.
I would recommend starting the transfer (in an empty Greygarden save file) and leaving your character standing within the settlement bounds until it's finished.

If you left your game alone, ignore that.
Maybe it is some incompatibilities with mods. Specifically DDProductions (Cookiepocalypse)  or Snap n Build: as I used older versions of those during building.

I will keep a note of this.
Please report back if you find out anything else.

You'll need "Transfer Settlements" for the blueprint to work at all. Check that mod page for more information if you haven't used it before.
      This should install into Data>F4SE>Plugins>TransferSettlements>blueprints>10
Before entering the game you could change that last folder to any of 1 to 9 (there are only 10 possible folders allowed)
If you already have a blueprint in "10" that will be overwritten, I believe. Or they will both be present and will cause a crash. Only have one blueprint in each folder.
Then use the Transfer settlements holotape in-game to add the settlement.
