Thank you so much! I apologize if you ever encounter performance issues, though... Bethesda's precombine system is a bit wonky, sometimes something even as little as highlighting an object in the CK can break it from what I've heard :(
Nah, i thank you! i just did visit Lexington + Concord and no issues, run very smooth :) Only thing was 1 or 2 cars in Lexington that were in a weird position, but i think this isnt even worth mentioning. Omg dude, small things like this make the game so much better and lively, truly hope for more :D Have a great one and thx heaps again for sharing this cool stuff with peeps like me^^
Does this conflict with the Post Office that is used by Tales From The Commonwealth?
EDIT: For anyone interested, the player is still able to enter the Post Office without trouble if you have Tales From The Commonwealth installed. Overall it adds much more character and some extra exploration to Nahant. Only problem I saw was one of the houses on the right (well, half a house- the last before the one across from the church) has several trees from the game that are growing straight through the porch roof in front. Endorsed, and is going to be a permanent spot in the load order.
General note (as someone who tends to use A Forest); if the trees aren't baked into the precombine system you can always disable/markfordelete with the console.
o3yahn, thanks for the feedback, the trees can be removed, but such a small mod that adds so much and uses only vanilla resources of the game is a valuable find
hi there, i am using the optimization patches colection, i am also using immersive Nhant, beantown brewery, extended lexington, but vortex is telling me your mods are redundant if i am using the optimization mod? can you offer some advice please. i am using your other immersive mods but they are ok
If I'm correct, the optimization mod patches my .esp file with a modified version of the same file!
It should not cause any issues to keep both there. They overwrite the correct parts of each other and function properly in-game. Just remember to keep the patch below my mods on the load order.
would have gotten this mod, but idk where it is on the map, maybe for people like me add an screenshot of the pipboy showing where it is, after part of a location mod is knowing what location is affected... still good work those images makes it look nice
The above link is useful for knowing the game's details about locations, items, NPCs.
Nahant is a paeninsula northeast of Downtown Boston. The best way to get there is to hop in the Atlantic Ocean and swim because your character will likely not survive the trip on foot.
Once I saw you as the mod author it was a auto download. Your work in Lexington was unbelievably awesome and can’t wait to see what you do with this area. Is this compatible though with Outcasts and Remnants as it makes use of one bordered up building at the corner across from the Red Rocket. Tales from the Commonwealth also uses a bordered up shop near the Inn. Thank you for another area overhaul and can’t wait to get there to have a look.

He adds a basement access doors outside of a shack at the edge of Nahant:
