Well the perk is stupidly behind base STR 10, so a lot of people probably don't get it since unless you're planning on using a fair amount of melee, most people aren't upping STR that high. Pain Train REALLY is placed poorly on the tree, like a lot of the CHA perks too.
yO THIS MOD IS AWESOME- for months i was confused about why my guy was making way too many footstep noises per step. the perk messes with audio. this fixed it !
Thank you kindly, that always confused me greatly. Although I did get a kick out of it every now and again, like after I told Cait I loved her, turned around, and then completely flattened a settler for no visible reason.
