I've installed both the original version 1.0 and 1.1 update, the suit isn't in the detention area storage room, and it doesn't show up in the "help armored 4 armo" console command. Any suggestions?

Did you take into account the fact that inside the police station changes several times in the game (like after the arrival of the BoS in the Commonwealth) ?
