Has anyone found mutations being sold by someone that isn't the Adrenal or Electrically Charged mutation? It seems like most vendors have those for sale (which doesn't make a lot of sense to me), while no one has any of the others. I spent and hour just fast traveling between vendors trying to find someone with something new.
Well, I apparently have a mutation I didn't realize I had because this morning after I used the Adrenal Reaction serum...well l exploded. I'll admit I came here just to check when this mod was uploaded on the off chance that it was some sort or April Fool's Day prank. But alas it turned out I just don't pay close enough attention to my character's health.
Just a sugestion but can you make it so you can have multiple mutations at once? that how it works in 76 after all, and mutations like marsupial and speester go by the hand. Also, do speedster stack with the quick hands perk?
Going to use this when I get home, but could I put an request? I would love those illness aswell as in 76, sleep rash and cold and such if you may, I play in hard mode since survival cause conflicts to some mods, and another request is weather effects, since I'm playing in snowy weathers I would love to have effects that not only effects me but every npc aswell as cold hypothermia etc that causes effects. I currently trying to add that to my weathers but can't seem to make it effect npcs which makes it less believable. And I can't make scripts, never tried that yet.
Could you try to replicate the effect you get when you pick up a legendary item? In fallout 4 the game pauses whenever you pick up a legendary, but in fallout 76 it shows up on the screen in real-time and then disappears automatically. Like this: https://j.gifs.com/6Rk5JL.gif
This is really cool. Never seen the other mod like this you were talking about. All of the mutations seem really balanced to me except the smasher mutation. I think the smasher mutation should come with some END to help you get close to people when you a using melee. I'm just thinking in a fashion of running into a room with 2 or 3 guys and smashing them all. If this, in your mind, was meant to be used another way, let me know so I can justify it in my mind. lol.
