I am so glad you are going through and fixing things up for the latest CASS update. I know it is a hazard of building on top of another author's mod but many just don't bother and give up. You builds are too good for that. Thanks.

Thank you for your kind words. I must admit to being absolutely gutted when jencave updated... I will get back into it eventually.

Tried importing the full list, including Clean Shacks, while running my other 200 mods. CTD at 96% import. Every time.

Fresh save. Same thing. CTD at 96% import.

Disabled every mod except this plan's mod list. Fresh save. CTD at stabilize 24-ish%.

Read the below discussion about Clean Shacks. Disabled that mod. Successful import.

Going to try again later after I re-enable all my other mods. I'll let you know how it goes.

Hmm...interesting....Clean Shacks.... I use the second one down...Compatibility version from memory.
In addition to the other souls who have downloaded this file without issue, I downloaded it to test and check it on my last play-through.
      It came in as expected.
However; Jencave made some terrain modifications to her Clean and simple startup mod a few months back, which caused some items to float and others to sink slightly on my Red Rocket Settlement....other settlements were affected more drastically.... I started to update my settlement designs, then lost heart and just moved on to other games. At this point I consider my designs "abandon ware".... I might open F4 again at some stage but tbh, I'm still a little overwhelmed... and at the end of the day my mods are a very small contribution to the scene.
Good luck with it though, I genuinely hope you get it sorted.

edit; Just had a quick run through the pictures and don't see that clean shacks has been used that much on this one....I know the json mentions it , so it must do something....might be worth ignoring it..... however I don't use a replacer version of that mod....so that may be where the problem lies?

This mod looks very nice but ran into 1 issue. It calls for Clean Settlements esp. But when you go to the mod listed it is just the clean and simple start up. ( everything already scrapped for you )

When looking at the json it looks like the esp needed is placing a guard tower, something the clean and simple does not do. Has that particular mod been changed to something else or is the incorrect one listed? Beyond that it is one of the nicer red rockets and very sharp looking also as the place I would want all companions to go chill out at.

No guard tower....looking in my data folder, I see I have a mod called "CleanSettlement.esp"...but I can't find it on the nexus anywhere. I have had these mods for a few years and maybe the author has deleted it.
I also have "Clean and Simple- Settlement Startup.esp"
      Does the file still transfer?

Yup still loads. Finally tried without that not. Not sure what it is missing if anything though overall.

Only thing from some of the other mods I could think of with guard tower claims was maybe pathing guard positions? The type where you place down areas for the guards to take up an idle area at without being an actual tower or something like that?

I haven't actually tried importing this yet, but I think you've got a couple of wrong links in the "requirements" section compared to the files listed in the json:
    1. Teleport Everywhere - reading the description of that mod, it doesn't seem like it adds any settlement objects. I think TeleportersFastTravel.esp is from "Settlement Workshop - Integrated Fallout Teleporters - SWIFT"
    2. "Functional Display Stands - Model Robots Nuka Cola Etc." - it looks like you instead used the merged mod "Functional Displays - Display Your Collection (The Original Display DLC)" (though with 52 open bugs and no updates since 2016, I'll probably skip it even if it means I lose a few soda stands, magazine racks, bookcases, and mannequins)

Functional display stands was one of the mods I culled recently....I'm planning on submitting an update to this eventually... I rebuilt a few things and will wait til it is populated enough to check the pathing before updating the file. However, the blueprint loaded ok without it at my end.
Teleporter...submission page canes you if you don't know the exact wording.... and often, the esp has different nomenclature...anyway, sorted.

Okay, I can nuke and re-import once the update is ready (especially since the blueprint you uploaded doesn't seem to include a beacon to attract settlers). I'm curious why it only has 26 water, though - I realize this settlement has no place to put purifiers, but there seems to be plenty of dirt/grass area available for powered water pumps (from Wasteland Workshop DLC). Alternatively, since you seem to already be using the "Build Your Own Pool" mod, it should be possible to use it to add some water that purifiers can be built into, possibly with the help of "Place Everywhere".

I don't place settlers there.... It is for my companions and the "special" traders if I run across them.... the rest of the population are clones of my player character...(Guards etc) I use my spectacle island settlement to make clones..... quick edit. I have had a water pump mod for years that gives 25 water, 25 food and happiness....had no idea where it came from.... a quick search of google tells me it's part of the Boston airport workbench fix... https://www.nexusmods.com/fallout4/mods/6084?tab=fileshttps://www.nexusmods.com/fallout4/mods/6084?tab=files

It's a real fast way to get the food and water sorted at the beginning of a settlement

If it were buildable as a separate type of pump (and maybe cost more materials), I might use that mod. However, I don't like the idea of a replacer mod that changes the properties of existing pumps, especially for purposes of Transfer Settlements blueprints, since it still counts as a vanilla pump when scanned by TS.

Not suggesting you use it... was surprised at "only 25 water"... my water reading for RR is 158.... remembered that I had that pump mod. Had it so long I forgot where it came from.

Well, I have a suggestion for you: instead of the rooftop manufacturing system, you might look at "Crafting Mastery" ( https://www.nexusmods.com/fallout4/mods/17849 ) which lets you craft the weapons and ammo at AWKCR workbenches instead (and you're already using a couple of other AWKCR workbenches in this blueprint)

I like the manufacturing for its funky aesthetic... plus it's automatic.... I do my business at the settlements that have it... then go to the workbench before heading out and there's always a decent loadout waiting for me..last time at RR there were 131 miniguns and around 2000+ ammo after I had finished upgrading my armour and weapons.. but yeah, saw the AWKCR benches and considered adding them.
I arm all my settlers with miniguns, then when I arrive to "help" the settlement that is being attacked, it's just a matter of arriving to loot the bodies. Plus I get a decent lightshow :D

Just...wow! Sigh. I am running at 255 plug ins. Next play thru I start, I will consolidate to fit the required mods. Where did you get the sofa that Dogmeat can use?

I'm not sure how many of those plugins are necessary TBH... but the json file mentions them so I simply copied the urls from that list. I hear you on reaching the plugin limit....though not quite at 255 just yet.
Dogmeat's couch is in "Easy home builder and working double beds" (https://www.nexusmods.com/fallout4/mods/17521) ....I think ....the furniture section has a couple of variations.... one for dogmeat (or dogs) only and another that can be shared by settlers.

Impressive. It must have taken a lot of time. I noticed all those lights seemed to be perfectly aligned. Do your settlers actually use all the upper floors? I've noticed that, even with an increased build height, sometimes settlers will only use the first two or three floors.

They seem to use all floors...they tend to go for the beds on the top floor first.... might have had an expanded sandboxing mod ...Just checked....try this "https://www.nexusmods.com/fallout4/mods/15608"
