I was enticed by the waterfalls between the two pools as shown in the 5th screenshot (although not close up), but even though I had all the requirements, the pools were empty after import and the waterfalls were missing. Searching the json, it seems they were not actually exported in the file you posted (4 hits for "AkaWaterWorld" - 1 in the header, and 3 showers, no water markers as far as I can tell).

Since you mentioned in another post having five versions of this settlement's blueprint, I will ask: are you sure you posted the right one?

It's the latest one.... The lower pool seems to be outside the original border....The water has always been problematic for me in that regard.... the earlier blueprints ignored it completely. Takes 10 minutes to place water planes and the 2 waterfall markers. Recommend placing the planes from beneath the proposed water surface in a squatting position....the pool is pretty shallow.

I'm ahead of you there. I already placed water planes myself, and expanded the waterfall to 8 markers (not sure what advantage I would have gotten by placing them from beneath in a squatting position as you suggested). I'll add a screenshot as a user image.

Is Water World really a necessity?

I use it for the showers and (I think) the water in the pools.... try it without....I doubt it will break the build.... settlers do actually use the relaxation markers and the showers.
At the end of the day the build is just a template for your own imagination.

Actually, I have another question. Is the Water World needed this one by GovnoWriter: https://www.nexusmods.com/fallout4/mods/26647 or this one by Akarnan: https://www.nexusmods.com/fallout4/mods/13316 (this last has installation directory akawaterworld and makes more sense than the first). If you are meaning the Akarnan one, you might want to change where the required file leads to.

Thanks for that....it is actually "Build your own pool"....changed.
Json file labeled it as waterworld...
"Settlement objects expansion pack" (https://www.nexusmods.com/fallout4/mods/10075) also has water planes and I used that mod pack to build the pool's surrounds....but the water planes may have come from "build your own pool". I made this settlement a few years ago and transfer settlements in its earliest incarnation wouldn't transfer the water( and the odd wall and doorway).... When I fired up the game last year with the intention of adding a few of my settlements to the nexus, the water transferred....

TLDR....there have been about five versions of this settlement blueprint over the last few years. In the past. water has been an issue in transfer....hence the slight confusion as to which mod I used to place it.

Thanks for taking the time to share your blueprints!

I was wondering, what's the mod that you're using to put so much green grass around the settlement area?

Good question....my game just looked like that for so long, I just figured it was normal.... However; looking through my files I see I installed "Fallout 4 seasons- grass- trees etc"( https://www.nexusmods.com/fallout4/mods/5810) Looks like the spring version.

Very interesting settlement design look. Very open, well use of space. One question- is that settlement normally that large? It looks bigger than some of the settlement mod area expansions. Sorry to hear that you no longer play the game or have it installed. I get on every now and again just to test other people's mods and to build settlements (kind of like the Sims). Like all things in regards to games- it's easy to get burnt out after a while. Thanks for sharing your settlement blueprint.

thanks for your kind comment. I have a couple of mods that expand the borders somewhat....From memory, Clean and simple- settlement startup might be one(https://www.nexusmods.com/fallout4/mods/25350)....Build high (https://www.nexusmods.com/fallout4/mods/3528) may be the other. I reinstalled last night as I want to harvest a few more settlements that I liked in my last run through..... I put literally thousands of hours into F4... the idea of rebuilding society one settlement at a time was a lot of fun.... then life (and other games) intervened. but I have around 30 blueprints saved... half of them were reasonably decent....all of them are clean and simple....maybe not lore friendly though. :)
