I feel like there need to be a mod which changes the ferals to wear tattered Chinese submariner uniform, remove most of the US Stuff in the submarines and give you some unique Chinese weapons and uniform and whatnot instead
I get the same thing, took me awhile to figure this out, but it is definitely an issue on the modder end. They must have uploaded this while using an RPG-7 mod and forgot to turn it off because it nothing the crew would use.
Changed the mod up. esp is cleaner, did the mod a little better. Uniforms are released as standalone, so added that as a requirement. Quest is broke on Yangtze (only because this a copy of the original cell). The reason I copied the original cell and used that instead of just editing the original is because that way the cell does not have to be reset in order for the mod to take effect. I will fix the quest to work with the new cell later. This mod is really just sort of a test for me to see how to mash these mods up without having to merge them all together. Oh and workbench is added so you can add decorations ect., but have not make all the items scrapable yet.
To complete the quest, you need to do the following in the console: 1) player.placeatme 22264 2) Pick up the warhead 3) SetStage 000229f7 300 4) SetStage 000229f7 305 5) SetStage 000229f7 310 Then we go to the captain and continue the dialogue.

Originally yes, but many thousands were manufactured by the Chinese during the warlord period (Mostly the Type 17) and they have appeared in (I think) all other main fallout games.
I already did the quest before adding this, which means that I killed the ghouls already. Even after having the neutral mod installed it seems that despite me being friendly with Zao, the crew attack me on sight, any reason for this? Help please this mod looks fantastic and I really want to figure this problem out.
