Any idea on what the resolution is for the textures? As anything at or below 1k would make it a performance friendly mod.

Texture size doesn't effect performance (unless you run out of VRAM), but the textures are 2k diffuse and 1k specular/normal.

Try Nac X. Just remember to disable the last 4 radstorms they are wierd as hell. But the rest of Nav X is amazing. I suggest using the reactor ENB with it. Warning though it’s taxing on my 1080ti at 1440p ultra. So it’s a bit performance hungry.

I'm not really sure what you mean by preview version.

Dude this mod is top tier omg. Sometimes my game is dumb and does not fully render these trash piles. But These trash piles are so realistic, detailed, and immersive. I don't know which texture pack was doing it...but there was a massive brick pile texture that could often be found around brick buildings or brick buildings with missing walls.. Well the texture legit looked like a third grader drew it with crayon it was absolutely disgusting (even once it loaded in and fully rendered) I searched far and wide how to get rid of it and your texture replacement fixed it and got rid of that disgusting game breaking eye sore and for that I thank you sir and proudly endorse. Thank you for not making this take an esp slot on the load order as well man *Salutes

Indeed, vanilla rubble can look not too good. You're most welcome.

Well now I'm confused, I downloaded the mod and it has an esp and does take up a load order slot.... am I missing something?

The post from Dellmizzle was before I packed the texturers into a ba2.

Question. does this improve perfromance as well? logic dictates that by removing somethings in the game i.e. cluttered rubble, there would be an aggregate improvement to the game yes?

Performance is about the same I suppose. This mod doesn't actually remove rubble, just changes how it looks.
