Your settlement mods are awesome incredible pieces of artwork for Fallout. Very impressive.

Is there a program or mod I can use to merge as many of them as I can into my game to help me cut down the total number of active mods?

Thanks.  Not sure if there's a way to be honest.

How do you get the two cats living in the nearby shed to live in the settlement?

Also, how do you get rid of the constantly respawning encounters at the run down building nearby?

Unfortunately you can't without modifying their behavior and random encounter points using the Creation Kit.

With cats, you can craft your own using the Craftable Cats mod which is how I've done it with all of my settlements. The constantly respawning encounters arent too big of a problem (I have a guard tower and 2x Mk 7 turrets facing that direction). It's very rare they get into firing range though.

I was under some vague impression if I set one of those traps to catch cats the named cats would eventually be caught in the settlement and I could convince them to live there?

You are using "Craftable Turret Stands" while they are part of "Homemaker" under its "Fences/Concrete Walls" submenu...

Thanks. Homemaker has its own craftable turret stand (separate object) but has problems when snapped to certain walls. The ones from Craftable snap correctly.
