This is a really cool Hangman's Alley! Def among the best that I've seen. It takes some work to get it to run correctly, so for anyone who comes along later, here's what you'll need to do:

1 - You'll need to have a Scrapping mod like Scrap Everything installed, and if you want to get the full benefit of this build, you'll need a settlement extension mod like Build High or All Settlements Extended.
2 - Next install the Blueprint with Transfer Settlements.
3 - Scrap the various wooden buildings and other junk.
4 - The mod adds new building facades and interior spaces, so you'll need to scrap many of the exterior walls and windows of buildings inside and just outside of Hangman's alley. But, if you're new to this Blueprint, then you won't know what needs to be scrapped... I've found that the easiest way to do this is in the console. Use the TCL command to toggle collisions so you can move through objects. The reason for this is so that you can see if there's a whole new interior to one of the old buildings, also so that you can't select the same object twice (explained next).
5 - So lots of walls and windows have been replaced with new/better versions, but unless you already scrapped them, they are stuck on top of the old crappy walls/windows/ doors. When you toggle collisions off, you can only select an item once for some reason, then it won't work again until you toggle it off and on again. This will help you because you can select a window for example, and if you pick up the new version, then unselect and click again. This time you end up with the vanilla crappy version and can scrap it.
6 - Save constantly! Scrap everything can very quickly destroy something you can't get back lol.
7 - Do this process for 5 or so minutes and you're done. Now you have a large beautiful settlement.

I hope this doesn't sound overcomplicated because it's really not. I just tried to make it as detailed as possible for people who come by later. It's def a build worth checking out.

I am getting stuck at 60% on "item #1044 Mutfruit plant [##011680]", the only thing I thought it could be is Northland Diggers, I tried lowering it in load order but it did not help as I got the same error. I am not using the Summer Rose Merge. The half of the Alley that completed looked incredible.

Edit: My mutfruit problem has seemed to resolved itself. Really wish this mod had a Clean and Simple type mod made specially for it.

I love this mod only I wish that transfer settlements would do the scrapping as well as the building, don't think its possible for me to scrap exactly what I am supposed to. For me this settlement when built is the most troublesome for lag then any other place in the game.

This mod and your Castle mod are awesome for space use.

Not sure how to do the interior building part, is there something I'm missing here?

I'd love to try this blueprint but I'm not sure what you mean by scrapping the brick.  I use Clean and Simple - https://www.nexusmods.com/fallout4/mods/25350 - for most of my settlements,  would that be ok to use or do I have to use the vanilla?

I suspected that this mod should be a bigger explanation, and I plan to make a picture of it. In response to your question: You have to use the vanilla because the clean and simple mods are already rebuilding the buildings.
My suggestion to see which buildings need to be banned for mod:
      1.) save one before building
2.) use the "scrapall" command in consol
      3.) use transfer settlements
4.) build up buildings and see what will be needed to scrapp
5.) either fill in the previous backup and dismantle the corresponding buildings and then re-use tranfer settlements or leave it (so I did not recommend "scrapall" in the mod description because it is still the way to scrap and it too you can rebuild it)

"I just wish we had parts for that big curved building..."

you can manually delete one by one big curved building, and build manually snappy housekit (snappy housekit/decorkit/sell kit)
fortunately, the elements will automatically jump into old elements;)

I mean the really big ones facing the waterfront. They're all one big piece and the snappy kits don't have pieces for them since the game never splits out the parts anywhere. It's such a big building!

I understand that it is only the creations kit that can be solved as a separate mod
