• Update the mod to the latest release and try again. The problem may have already been fixed. • Read the mod page. It may be a known issue, and there may be documentation about it. • Replicate the problem with a minimal load order. Load the game with this mod, and only it’s requirements. If the problem is fixed, you have a mod conflict. • If you added this mod to an existing game, try starting a new game and replicating the problem. Some mods will only take effect or work correctly when starting a new game. This is a limitation of the game.
I was wondering is due to the precombines from the original mod that near corvega is getting bad framerate ? if so did the new redone fixed the precombined that the original broke ?
I had to manually set the order rules so BostonFPSFixAIO.esp loads before Yagisan_SSSL_Red_Rocket_Settlements_Generic_Patch.esp and lexington RR looks fine now.
Checking the obvious here, but are you absolutely sure that the settlement mod, the settlement mod patch, and the city plan are actually enabled? Vortex in particular has a long standing bug where it doesn't actually enable mods. You'll need to exit, and restart it, then check the plugins tab to be sure that they are loaded.
Otherwise, assuming you have the SimSettlements 3-in-1 installed, and you have run the start up holotape, build a city planners desk in the settlement, make a full save, then load that save and wait a few minutes for SimSettlements to re-scan all city plans. It should then find it, and you'll be able to select it.
I don't suppose this would work for the old Red Rocket settlements mod? I've thusfar sunk +14days playtime into my minutemen playthrough and have no desire to restart it simply to accomidate the redone version. (And that goes for my other profiles as well)
