Thank you so much for the feedback. Two things I've learned so far from the four settlements I've been brave enough to upload so far. 1) It makes me really happy to see others liking what I've made. 2) No matter how much I put into them I always think "There's just one more thing I could do"
I was concerned about the Institute outpost but it really fixed my issue the story associated with this settlement.
On point number 2, you have defined yourself as a true artist. Of which it has been said, "You are never finished, you have just stopped working on it." The same is true of painting and more... Otherwise, interesting mod, will double-back for it as Load Order allows. Finely detailed backstory. Guess I'm in denial about the institutes excess of evil, after what went down at university point... you're probably on to something there...
