If you're looking for nude-y textures to use with this Hancock, Half Ghoul Texture Resource by nymphetta has a similar concept for EVB male body (and also a female version). If you have simple modding skills you can replace the textures from this mod with theirs and use this plugin. :)
I installed it with mod organizer but the textures on his face are dark, and pink on his hands, This is the only texture mod i'm using, any idea how to solve it? thank you!
#1 - The actual texture files did not get installed correctly; only the pointers. So the pointers "point" to something that doesn't exist, hence the black face and pink hands; no texture files.
OR
#2 - You have not edited the .ini file to allow the game to load loose data files, and use them as overwrites. (This will cause certain other mods to not work as well
Fix for #1
Open MO2, right click on the Mod, and towards the bottom of the menu, click Open in Explorer. This will open the actual mod folder that is used in the game. You should see two folders called Materials and Textures, a meta file, and the mod's .esp file. Open BOTH folder trees all the way, and ensure the texture files are there.
Data>Materials>Actors>NaiHancock should have 3 files.
Data>Textures>Actors>NaiHancock should have 6 files.
If the files are there, the mod is installed correctly, and that isn't the issue. If not, install it again, or manually open the mod zip folder and drag the files into their appropriate place.
Fix for #2
This requires a .ini file edit. However, since you use MO2, you MUST USE MO2'S BUILT IN .INI EDITOR! If you edit the .ini file just by finding it and opening it in notepad, it will NOT work, as MO2 holds a "master" copy of the .ini files, and overwrites them.
Go to Tools - Tool Plugins - INI Editor. There is also a graphical button in the top row of buttons that will open the Editor.
In the Fallout4.ini file, find the [Archive] section. Either add or edit so that these two line are in there:
bInvalidateOlderFiles=1 sResourceDataDirsFinal=
Make sure the top one is set to a value of 1, and the bottom one has NO VALUE.
Using the latest version. Tried with MO2. Ran LOOT. Tried turning off every other mod I have. Tried manually dropping the zipped files into FO4's Data folder. Added the validation text to the FO4 Custom .ini file.
It will not fix.
EDIT: Finally got it. Damn .ini changes kept getting overwritten by MO2, so I had to add the lines with MO2's built in editer.
Hancock looks genuinely so handsome and dreamy with this mod, I love it! Any chance of you making an upscaled version so this mod is compatiable with 2k skin mods? Cuz I can't really use this mod as I have the rusty face bug :/
Edit: Okay, so I just saved his appearence as a preset in looksmenu, then replaced this mod with a diffrent mod that made Hancock more human, and then went into looksmenu again and loaded the preset I saved earlier, and now he it works (kinda). Yayy
Found this mod by accident, can’t get over how actually handsome he is now! Looks vaguely Triggerman-like which makes sense given what kind of person he is!
This really shoulda been the actual version in game for him. Like the description of the mod says, he isnt ancient, still should have most of the skin n all that. Just makes more sense.
There's something strange going on with the face being darker than everything else. Tried different skin textures with matching face textures, but no matter which is equipped, the face simply stands out. Similar to the rusty face bug, but not quite it (nor is it affected by that fix). Not entirely sure what's going on here, so if anyone's aware of a way around it, I'd be incredibly grateful.
The texture here uses the vanilla ghoul normal and spec maps, so if you have an HD ghoul skin pack that increases the resolution of those, you'll get the brown face bug same as you would with other mismatched facial resolutions with human npcs. You can lower the resolution of whatever mod you have installed, upscale the resolution of the facial texture in this mod using an image editor like photoshop, or copy the vanilla normal and spec maps for ghoul skins, rename them, and map the facial texture material file to those instead of the vanilla path.
Sorry but can you explain how to do this? I am just using the "official" high resolution texture pack, which I assume is the issue, but I am just not sure where to find the vanilla normal and spec maps to replace the ones in the mod? Thanks in advance! Update: tried just deleting the entire resolution pack...no dice :( he's still jerky. I am not using any other resolution mods (I even turned off Ace Male Textures and Refined Male Head Mesh in hopes it would help.) Update again: after fiddling with it for quite some time, I ended up having an error from Vortex, so I decided to download the original version of the mod and install it manually, outside of Vortex. This mostly worked; there is a line along the neck but I'm not worried about it, at least he doesn't look like bacon anymore.

Yeah, the devs got a bit lazy with his design, not taking into account his unique circumstances.
And I must say, this mod makes Hancock DROP DEAD GORGEOUS!
Seriously, he is SO sexy.
Thank you, thank you!
