For me location is 100% right on! Hard core homeplate. Thankyou Ragoda. ////EDIT//// Any way to get rid of all the floating fires? Maybe I built too close to the ditch. But also, you have to clear a path for the supply lines/traders. When you do that you see fire everywhere. Some are like 30' up.

I didn't touch the fires at all when making this MOD, so I am sorry to say they are there to stay.

Maybe build pillars with firebowls on top?  *smiles*

I know this post is two years old now, but I know many others are wondering the same thing.
"UFO crash site cleanup" can be installed to put out the flames. In my environment, I have not had any problems so far when using them together.

    Good afternoon,
This is a beautiful location, and I would love to being able to use it for my personal home, but I had a question regarding Sim Settlements compatibility. I noticed there isn't anything about Sim Settlements capability on the descriptions page, but when I tried it out in game, it doesn't share junk resources for building with my settlements that use Sim Settlement via vanilla provisioners or the Logistics Stations in Sim Settlements, nor can I send a settler to it. Is there some quick fix for that? I'm not good with the Creation Kit, but if it something tedious or simple then I might be able to look at it if you're too busy. Again, it is a awesome location, being both a great site near the central area of the map and Diamond City and having great scenery; and I don't intend any insult or reproach. I'd just love to be able to use it so Sim Settlements capability is key. Thank you for your time what you do for the community.

      Hello,

I have never built my settlement MOD's with Sim Settlements in mind, but there are reports that Sim Settlements can be used on many of my MOD's. However, also couple people have informed me of contrary on two settlements. So, it is a try and hope for best thing. Provider and Settler problems you are facing do not necessarily have anything to do with Sim Settlements though, but are usually fixed by fiddling with Load Order of MOD's!

I hope this helped you and have a good gaming!

ps. one final comment: if you start building at Rockpond BEFORE UFO crash, remember to take that into account!  :)

Thank you Ragoda, I'll see about the load order. I had started building there after the UFO crash, so no worries on that. Thanks again for the mod, it is a beautiful location and relatively central so I really hope to be able to use it as a player home. Have a great weekend!

Endorsed. Beautiful location. Legendary Item chest an OCD dream. Loot chest, trade items for building materials, build settlement, ad infinitum...or until you run out of worldspace.

Hi Ragoda, great work, thank you! For myself i had tried to build an settlement there by myself with "Conquest - Build new Settlements and Camping" times ago, but gave that up. late but great thanks to you my thoughts became true ;)
So... think it's an mod conflict with maybe "Boss Chests Contains Legendaries", but there's these little metal-shack you builded near the river, with that chest in it... it's named "Legendary Items". All five to ten minutes the chest is filled with A L O T of legendary weapons and armour, everytime there are around 30 to 40 items inside. Thinking about disable and markfordelete cause after thousands of hours of playing i really have anything from everything, even companions and settlers are equipt.

Just want to tell you, when it wasn't your aim for the chest, it looks like a mod conflict with the boss chest mod.

many best regards and thanks again!

I don't think so (that you really have to delete it). If it should be really the other mod that communicates with yours, you can simply add an small sidenote about that. Some of us maybe will be glad about this bonus-effect, who knows :)

I don't know why but Rock Pond made me think of the Lone Chapel, would be great if you made that into an settlement, it's sorta on it's own (But I think there's an basement that leads elsewhere). Would you consider doing those two next? Both would be kinda cool.

speedynl wrote: greekrace made a complete overhaul of lone chapel age's ago
as for the glowing sea, that church is a real pain its to deep into the ground, and so many crap around it

Ragoda wrote: If Lonesome Chapel has been done well already, there is no reason to reinvent the wheel. Just find the MOD made by greekrace.
As to Forgotten Church, I can check it out, but as far as I remember, it really is a mess like speedynl says, so please don't get your hopes up.

Umbren91 wrote: Oh will do, now you mentioned it I think I do remember something like it but had lost it.
And that's true, the church would be a pain in the ass, that's okay if you can't do it! There's a lot of great places for settlements aside from those two .

I think I found it, but it's under Lake View Chapel if someone ends up wanting it too (I think that's what it is, appears to be renamed)

Ragoda wrote: I might check it out, LOL, I like settlement MOD's even made by others.

Ahh, it needs DLC's, can't try that then.

Hopefully you will get those DLCS! In my opinion they are worth a shot, I have downloaded a few settlements mods from several people (Few is an understatement lol). Also not sure where the Lone Chapel one is (The Lake View was near Walden Pond, so opposite direction). Need to go searching for it, I kinda like the idea of it (Sort of.. I went to Lone Chapel just before and someone shot an Fat Man at me.. Was on TGM so got hit a few times yet never saw who it was.).

Hm I can't seem to find any signs of this Lone Chapel overhaul, looked at everything with a different name but nothing. Maybe it was scrapped or something

Already stated I found that one previously, and it wasn't the same Chapel. I already downloaded the Lake View and it's right by Walden's Pond, past Sunshine Tidings in the opposite direction of Lonely Chapel, which has it's own name and map marker, still remaining untouched (The borders do not reach down that way). Checked every mod of greekrage. There appears to no settlement of this one, I think you got it all mixed up. (Don't worry, I did the first time, that's why I downloaded that one lol). I think the mix up is the chapel he is using, is the direct copy of the Lonely Chapel but cleaned upon the outside, so that would be why even I thought it was at first.)

If it can't be found, would you consider it Rag? I like the idea of putting turrets around, waiting for Raiders to respawn in that spot, and maybe able to reach for the sky and snipe those Gunners on the bridge XD).. And then luring those at the Federation Ration either through the tunnels or just up the road.

Kept checking greek's mods too but couldn't see it. I think speedy got mixed up with Lake View and the chapel being copied from the original.

There is an Nuka World Settlement Pack that includes these two areas (Be warned, find the workshop, don't do what I want and just press V to get into the workshopmod). Word of advice, the Transit one doesn't look like the Workshop, it looks like an toolbox stacked on each other for some reason (Just before you go inside that building to get to Nuka World,go around the corner you will find it. Also just search Nuka World on here, should able to find it).
