Realy a nice mod, i love it that it possible to save the bridge. But the settlers are allways at the same place. The Workbench is like a magnet, 20 Settlers around and do nothing, but the produce food and so on.
Bridge over the road to The Mechanist's Courtyard. The area from the Drummer cove to the bridge. Area extending downward from County Crossing. South of the County Crossing.
It's cool, but how did you rebuild the house? It's all rubble on my save. Also there are some objects that aren't scrapable. (Car in front of the billboard, tires, etc.)
Most of the objects that are not at first scrapable seem to change as time goes by inside game. Not all, just most. It seems to help to build, and delete objects as close to those non-scrapable objects as possible. And it also needs at least one logging out from game and back. Just remember, there are objects that can't be done anything to also!
As to house, you must be talking about County Crossing? I just swapped ruined one to whole one. But when I wanted to build in it in game I noticed it isn't good for that, so I deleted it, and created new one from one of the building MOD's I use. Why I suggest people to see it as an example and maybe delete it and build new one in it's place.

Excellent. Thanks.
The way to The Mechanist's Courtyard (Ruined bridge) What do you think of the region between Durummers Cove?
I am not sure about what ruined bridge you talk about, sorry.
The area from the Drummer cove to the bridge.
Area extending downward from County Crossing.
South of the County Crossing.
The region on the east of Drummer Cove.
Can't be there.
Drummers cove also settlers do not move. They're on duty. But they don't move.
