Do PoisonFXShaderParticles.nif and PoisonShaderGrad.dds really needed for this mod? PoisonFXShaderParticles.nif not modified at all its stock vanilla config and i think it does nothing for V.A.N.S Color. Please answer me i made White version and thinking that this is not needed at all.
See, I thought that the perk wasn't working for me, but this just proves it. It absolutely 100% was not working when I finally decided to unlock it for the first time ever.
If you want to test to see if it's just not working or another mod is overriding it you can download the reference.esp located in the misc downloads section and it should work again if you load it last. If you have Nuka Cola DLC tho it adds something to it so if you're in one of those DLC areas it still won't work. I could upload another one for that DLC if you want.
I definitely took inspiration from your mod. The esp version contains the same color values from the lighter amber arc.

I probably wouldn't have made this had you not commented on my Creation Club Quests to Misc Tab mod; I inspect profiles to find mods a lot. Your grenade arc mod prompted me to make this as V.A.N.S. was the only green thing I could think of that still plagued my existence.
I couldn't figure it out. But I uploaded a reference file with all the records relating to VANS. If you open it with FO4Edit you might be able to figure it out. I tried many things, but nothing really worked for me, maybe you'll have better luck.
