Version 1.3a
Remade Level 10 Requirements of NoDogs.esp because it was pretty FUBAR. Added quests that I forgot to add to both versions of it.

Moved Zetan Arsenal, Pint Sized Slasher and Holiday Workshop Pack to Miscellaneous Tab and added lvl 10 versions. Cleaned x02 and no dogs level 10 requirements because they had bordercollie.esp as a master.

WARNING: the level 10 requirements versions contain compacted ID's. This is no big deal if you're installing this for the first time. Users using 1.1 and below should be warned that unexpected things may happen if you use this on an existing save. This warning doesn't apply to people using the normal version.
