Hi all. It's me again!
Thought it was a tragedy that there are no NES style holotapes.
Made one.
I also added a Fallout 3 one (Created by Minusworld, who no longer seem to be about online), and an Atomic Command one (based on Atomic Command, the Pipboy game!)

HOW TO INSTALL:
Choose and download the version you would like!
Copy the Textures folder (and everything in it) into your DATA folder.
Alternatively, use NMM for a one click install! <3 -
File format is 7z, so will need 7Zip or Winrar to unzip it if you want to install manually! Both are free as the air we breathe <3 Google 'em!
