This sets the FeaturedItem_DO Action to NONE, Effectively disabling the popup, and in turn disabling the resulting crash on effected systems.

I had never seen this behavior in fallout 4 on my pc, Only in fallout 4 VR. I was getting crashes on bobbleheads, legendary items, skillbooks, quest items with a crash at least 50% of the time. (lots of saving)
Hope this helps others, Enable it like any other esp.
Haven't tested it on AWKCR or such mods, as im on fallout 4 vr with it, but it was made with the creation kit and fallout 4 files so it should work.
