Tarsis31 and Yagisan's Lakeside Cabin Settlement is an updated, and converted version of the original Lakeside Cabin Redux Settlement by Tarsis31. Made with the gracious permission of Tarsis31.
PreVis and Precombines have been created, and this settlement is compatible with Sim Settlements 2, and the Previsibines Repair Pack.

The original Lakeside Cabin Redux Settlement was a welcome mod, adding a rural settlement centered around a vanilla trader and a lake. However, it had some issues. With the gracious permission of Tarsis31 I took version 1.3 of his mod, and set about changing and fixing the things that bugged me most.
This settlement is fully compatible with Sim Settlements 1 and Sim Settlements 2, including working supply lines.

Primary Differences
- Tarsis31 and Yagisan's Lakeside Cabin Settlement is an ESL file and does not count against your ESP mod limit.
- I fixed all deleted records, and removed all identical to master records.
- I changed the vanilla trader inventor to that of a Level 3 shop. No more god tier trading.
- I made the vanilla trader protected so only the player can kill them.
- I removed all DLC requirements.
- I removed many of the brambles and much of the scrub because it really bugged me.
- I converted the wild crops to a small selection of farmable crops.
- The vanilla trader hut is no longer scrapable. I recommend you build around it - like the houses in Sanctuary.
- I replaced, and consolidated the Workshop activation script.
- The settlement can now recruit Brahmin.
- Minutemen radiant quests can now use Lakeside Cabin as a valid target.
- Correct workshop borders
- New PRP-style precombines generated.
- PRP Compatible version available.
