1) Requires no other mods.
2) Simply drop the BlackOpsLeftLeg file into programfiles > steam > steamapps > common > fallout 4 > Data. Or use mod manager.
3) Remember to load mod
4) The same vendor that sells the right Black OPs leg, will now sell both right and left Black Ops legs, both with legendary 10% speed, stackable so 20% total.
5) This mod also allows all combat helmets including legendary destroyers to receive railroad ballistic weave.
