Could you possibly make a version that has a mix of both of aforementioned legendary effects? E.g. The left leg has "Sprinter's" and the right leg has "Freefall".
If you did that, I'd surely endorse this mod.
I was also thinking that maybe not have "Sprinter's" since Recon Right arm already grants this affect. From a variety stand-point since each armor piece has a different affect, why not follow suit.
I propose maybe one of the following...
Powered : Increases Action Point refresh speed. or VATS Enhanced : 10% reduction in Action Point cost in V.A.T.S.
You can add both sprinters and freefall leg mods to data folder, the vendors will then sell both sets simultaneously. You can buy 1 of each no problem. The files work together. However, most people if using freefall want both legs,. With 1 freefall 50% leg, you still die if you fall, wearing 2 = no death from falls.
And yes, agreed the sprinter is redundant, I use it because I modded recon marine arms, right one is sentinel, left one is less human damage. So I use 2 sprinters legs for 20% speed, chest and right arm for 30% total sentinel, and left arm for 15% human damage reduction. I havent posted modded recon arms, because it works by intercepting the beginning of the game script, so only works for brand new game, it replaces, not adds to the original recon arms.

Liked the suggestion for one leg with powered (AP refesh) and other with 10% vats reduction, just finished making/testing/uploading it. thanks for the suggestion.
You got me thinking about less than 100% fall damage. On survival, I want 30% speed since no fast travel, so helmet/2 legs with speed (arms are human 15%/sentinel). I usually play with custom freefall legs (50% each with 10% speed each), though others may not like 2 legendary each.50% mitigation is easy to die but 100% allows jumping off top of mass fusion with no damage, no umf sound effects.Starting to think I will like ~80% fall mitigation (also each with speed) better than my usual 100%, which allows some damage/broken legs even with full adamantium jumping off 8 story building, but still survive on higher levels. Also like the umf, injury sound, vs 100% gliding down unabated from any height.
