Hi! I was wondering if you could make a libert prime laser attachment for a laser rifle, the way you have an assaultron laser for the gatling laser gun
Looks that way at first but honestly I think it's the other way around. The gatling laser I think is showing the damage per shot and well it's a laser minigun so those shots come fast. The Assaultron however at 216 can be pretty basic given the sponge enemies tanking your attacks if you are not using a mod to bump up player damage.
I think the projectile damage radius is much larger in the liberty prime beam even though the damage is less. So you don't have to be as accurate as the Assaultron beam.
Cool mod will definitely download, but it does seem a bit cheaty to me (too low a cost to build), maybe make the Science requirement level 4. Otherwise, I have absolutely no problem, after all the Sole Survivor has/will probably fight enough Assultrons and has/will acquire the schematics for the Liberty Prime laser.
What would be cool is if you were able to make it so that the Assultrons occasionally drop the mod and/or include the mod in a location alongside a Holotape (maybe the Mechanist's lair) and you can find a Liberty Prime Laser mod on the Prydwen, possibly with a Holotape with an explanation on how the mod came to be. Could even make those events (finding the respective mod) be another condition for making the mod and have that science requirement stay at level 2.
I do have a rough idea of what could be on the Holotapes.
