Alright, so apparently this mod has NO sound, but I think I've figured out the way to fix it. Download the Bethesda Archive Extractor and unzip IPR2 - Music.ba2 and let the music files go to their proper folder. For some reason the mod doesn't recognize that the music is archived, so you'll need to manually put it in the right spot. Hope this helps!
Ok, here is what worked for me: 1. Extract the Main and Music Ba2 files into a folder, you get SCRIPTS and SOUNDS. 2. Go find your Fallout 4 data folder, and find the respective folders in there. 3. In the SCRIPTS folder of IPR2, there is a fragments folder, same with your fallout 4. 3b. Copy RadioIPRQuestScript.pex into the Fo4 scripts folder, and TopicInfos into the Fragments Folder. 4. In both the Fo4 and IPR's respective sound folders, there is an Fx folder. Open them both. 4b. Copy the folder in IPR2's folder (MUS) into the Fo4 Fx folder.
5. Close everything related to fallout and start it, and hope it works. Give it some time, some songs are very soft.
@Devildogg20 As he says extract only the Main Ba2 file and Music Ba2 file. You don't need to extract the ESP or do anything with that.
If there's no Fragment folder in your Fallout 4 files you can either create a new folder yourself in the Script folder in your Fallout 4 files or you can simply just copy the mod's Fragment folder into the Script folder of your Fallout 4 files. I did the latter as it just seemed easier and it worked.
I did have to wait a bit before the music started in-game (longer than my other radio mods but that might be because I have like 5 radio mods active that add alot of music). If the music hasn't started after 5 mins, something's gone wrong or you need to turn up the volume.
Excuse me, if memory serves me correctly you created a mod for the XB1 version of Fallout 4 that was basically a Fallout Equestria themed reskin mod, one thing I remember is the crows being reskinned into balefire phoenixes and even some item names being changed into their FOE counterparts, If I'm right do you think you can upload it her one the nexus, please? if I'm mistaken then I apologize.
Nice one! Good on you for noticing :))) yep that was me with the Fallout Equestria Overhaul Mod (and holy carp NO ONE ever got that they were supposed to be balefire phoenixes! Like you are the first person who knew what they were and didn’t just think they were a bugged retexture) Unfortunately my computer fried roughly two years ago due to the Creation Kit and a few other things, so I lost all of the files associated with that mod. There is no way to recreate it and no way to redownload it to PC for redistribution. I’m sorry, but if it still exists on BethNet, then that is the final and only version that will ever exist. My sympathies friend; you’ve no manner of luck at all.
I think I remember that mod. Dude, I'm just glad kalevala made it at all, lol. Seeing Balefire Phoenixes was always a cool sight. Imma grab that s#*! again, I'm always looking for FO:E mods.
For some reason there is no sound at all coming from this station. I have no idea why, but my best guess is an incompatibility. Any help is appriciated, and if you want my load order or logs, ill send them

edit: figured it out, what do I do if there is no fragments folder, create one?
