If you get the black face/dull face textures/tints not working check the following

These are very important for the tints to work. Make sure to read carefully.
For anyone using Valkyr textures, they are 1K, so install IKAROS 1K Diff and Normal textures; 512 Spec
The tint's texture size has to match up with that of the head's respective texture (diffuse, normal or specular). So this changes depending on vanilla textures, HD DLC 2K or 4K face mods.
All diffuse, normal map or mask textures HAVE TO BE exactly 1024x1024 large for vanilla head texture sizes to work. All specular maps HAVE TO BE exactly 512x512 large for vanilla head texture sizes to work. ?If you're using an HD face mod that changes the head's diffuse/normal texture to be 2048x2048 large, then your tints HAVE TO HAVE the same size as well. ?If you're using an HD face mod that changes the head's specular maps to be 1024x1024 large, then your tints HAVE TO HAVE the same size as well. ?If you're using the official HD DLC by Bethesda that changes the head's specular maps to be 1024x1024 large, then your tints HAVE TO HAVE the same size as well. ?If you're using my 4K face mod sets the diffuse/normal and spec textures to 4K then your tints HAVE TO HAVE the same size as well.

Does anyone know if or how ikaros race could or can be compatible with aaf? also the body its stiffy busty not acepting looksmenu changes, is that normal?

PS why its crashing the game on just Approaching europa?
So I got the mod working and installed all the required mods for the 2 presets. I tried preset 1 and that one seems to work, but when I try out preset 2 my game crashes. I tried sorting my load order and messing around with the required mods, but no success.
Anyone have any idea why preset 1 works, but preset 2 crashes my game?
So after a long time I've finally gotten this to work and the result is incredible. I'll try my best to explain what I did to make it work, but bear in mind that my area of mod expertise is definitely NOT working with bodies, meshes, and textures.
First, download the 2.53 gb file (I know) labeled IKAROS-Androids-48237-1-2-1606184591.7z from here: https://www.trophihunter.com/fallout4-mods/ikaros-androids. Import it into whatever mod organizer you need and then activate it. Go into Bodyslide and build one of the Ikaros Body files to your liking (I used IKAROS_CBBE). Whatever the output of that is put it somewhere in your data folder that isn't inside the IKAROS mod (I put it with the rest of my Bodyslide Output files). These files will serve as the body for Europa (the one included in this mod doesn't work as far as I can tell). Now disable the IKAROS mod.
Download the (Data) version of this mod and then activate. You'll have to get the face texture sizes right just as TrophiHunter said in their comment. If you don't know just keep experimenting with the different texture sizes until your Europa's face looks as it's supposed to. Now Europa should have the correct Body and Face.
Then, if you want to be able to equip armor onto Europa, you'll have to manually edit the esp's of whichever armor mod(s) you want her to wear, but it's pretty simple. Just open up FO4 Edit, check the IKAROS.esp plugin and whichever armor mod esps you want Europa to wear and press okay. For each armor mod, repeat the following:
Right click on the armor mod esp on the left panel, select Add Masters, then check IKAROS_Androids,esp and press okay. Then, expand the armor mod's esp, then expand the ArmorAddons tab. For each record (each one is a piece of armor), find the row labeled Additional Races (sorted). In the cell directly to the right of this, right click and select add. This will add another row to the Additional Races section. In the new cell, copy paste IKAROSRace "IKAROS-Androids" [RACE:01000F99] and hit enter. Repeat this step for every piece of armor you want Europa to wear in the Armor Addons section.
Once complete, exit out of FO4 EDIT, save all changes to the plugins, then you should be good to go. Europa will look exactly like she does in the photos and you'll be able to equip her with any armor you want. Keep in mind, however, that any armor that only partially covers her body (excluding her hands and face), such as underwear, skirts, or vests, will replace her body with human skin. I don't know a fix for this. I'll be using armors that cover the whole body anyway so it doesn't me. Also, she still doesn't get out of power armor, I have no idea how to fix that.
any one knows a fix for the invisible body? idk what can be causing it. im using her clothes you can craft in the chem station but even then when i first met her, her body was invisible. all i see is hands and her face.
Did you ever figure this out. When AAF uses her their is no nude model beneath the cloths. As in, instead of a nude sythn body their is only floating head and hands.
First, if anyone hasn't, make sure you have the lip sync file installed too, so her mouth moves. The original mod has a sticky at the top with "link" in the text to get it.
Any chance to alter the outfit to support other body colors and designs or is that done already via mods? Is it craftable?
