Sanctuary perimeter with vanilla assets.
I hate having to do Sanctuary every time I do a new play-through and pretty much all Sanctuary mods I have tried bug the game out so threw this clean one together for my personal fresh starts.
More settlements to follow as I port them into Sim Settlements and get myself re-aquainted with the Creation Kit.
