id love to use this, but unfortunately all my companions/settlers gather on the ground in the middle of the settlement, instead of roaming around on top of the highway like they should. Any advice?
I can confirm this, but some settlements have such a problem, even in the original game. A temporary remedy is to sleep for an hour, then everyone should be in their place.
I've been using this mod for a while, and I love it! I prefer to give my characters a private retreat, well away from the NW raiders, as well as a place where I can set up teleportation with my main base in the Commonwealth. Since it's a private base, I can't comment on any of the settler functions, but it functions wonderfully for my purposes, and works well with Place Everywhere, as well as the mod I use to remove object/item build limits .
This mod is really so great. I think, endorsements must fall out four times often then usually on this mod. I like this spot so much - there are no annoying game elements to destruct from living a simple life far away from big towns in a tower of thoughts . Could your, please, tell us why U cant use this mod? Endorsed.

How does one get those kind of angles on pieces such as in the bridges? Every time I angle a piece and try to move it, it never goes where I want and just spins around as I move with it.

Even my CoA settlers can manage there and build a successful settlement (Horizon 1.8.7). May Atom's light guide their path!
