Seems like ENBs tend to break the snow for some of the more severe weather. Unfortunate. Not sure how to fix it, just removing enb for now I suppose. Ah well.
Hi, this is late but for those that find this might still find it helpful, here it is. Go to your enbseries.ini and find the section labeled [RAIN] change Enable to false and IgnoreWeatherSystem to false as well.

omg this worked, thank you. i played frost for 30 hours with just fog, rain, and radstorms. it still doesnt snow often, but at least now it does snow.
Do you use this Patch? Or is this compatible with Frost as it is? Also do you know if you can use Nuclear Winter with Frost + Polluted Climate - Winter edition?
Anyone know a way to disable the constant distant Radstorm/thunderstorm sound? I know someone posted how to fix it in xEdit, but thats too advanced for me xD can only do simple edits.
there is no snow falling at all no matter how long i wait i have this mod and the original polluted climate installed there's no way I can get the snow to start am i missing something?
i like it, but it removes all colour from everywhere essentially making the game monochrome which is not what i'm looking for in my nuclear winter playthrough. looks good though.
