No Pipboy Static Background Sound and other sounds.

This remove the static background noise of the Pipboy as well as other sounds.
After 120 hours of gameplay i started to get annoyed by the background noise that Pipboy has, just one more annoyance to put a stop on.
Updates:
0.2 - Decreased size of background noise file. Also added other Pipboy sounds and General sounds(hover mouse and main menu clicks) as Optional download.
0.1 - Background noise removed.

Install:
Edit sResourceDataDirsFinal in your fallout4.ini
located here:
%userprofile%\Documents\My Games\Fallout4
How it should look:
sResourceDataDirsFinal=STRINGS\, TEXTURES\, MUSIC\, SOUND\, INTERFACE\, MESHES\, PROGRAMS\, MATERIALS\, LODSETTINGS\, VIS\, MISC\, SCRIPTS\, SHADERSFX\
Extract the zip to your data folder. There should be a folder named Sound.
