How the mod works (Text version)

First and foremost:
This article is written so that any HLSL writers can replicate these effects in their ENB/ReShade program, or maybe even their own games for all I care. I just don't want people to have to go through the amount of searching I did and wanted to offer a slightly quicker and easier way of pulling these effects off. I'll only explain the method and may only include snippets of code, since I understand that wholesale copy-pasting is easy, even without knowing what it does.
