What is Fallout4Toon? It's an ENB that allows you to add outlines and some colour banding to your game (for stylistic reasons).
How to install? There are tons of videos explaining how to install an ENB. So really, you can go search one up. However, here's the main gist of what to do:
Get the ENB files from enbdev.com.
Download this mod.
Put the ENB files into the game's root directory (where the .exe is).
Replace some of the files in there with this mod's files (do not delete the ones that this mod doesn't have).
How to set parameters? The key combination for this mod is Shift-z (felt more comfortable for me this way). All the settings you'll need are in enbeffectpostpass.fx.
