Mod doesn't work for me. Radio doesn't appear. Did Vortex install first, nothing. Deleted it from Vortex. Did manual install but still the same result.
Does every single test file need to be replaced/deleted in order for the ? I tried testing this mod out by only replacing like three files with actual songs, but it was just silence in-game.
Something went wrong with the installation maybe. Randomized version should had TTS numbers indicating the station works. Non-random version just have silence. But then you should had heard them eventually. Havent played Fallout 4 for some time late replay. Sorry.
I'm trying to add a couple seasons of the old The Shadow radio drama to my game, and this looks like a good tool. Is there a limit to length or size of the .wav for this to work? The episodes run about a half hour. Also, do the names of my files need to be changed to the specific layout of your TTS numbers so the mod can read them? Thank you!
If you want to add a show, maybe dont need a randomized version, start with old version that plays from 1 to 30? TTS numbers are mainly for testing the randomization. Once you replace all the files you wont hear them anyway.
You cant really make them wav files any smaller. But, I have two such radio mods that have really long tracks like 10-40 min long, and it should work.
So, the mod was working fine after I installed it. But since yesterday, suddenly, the music stopped playing? There's only silence when I play the personal radio station. Any idea whats going on?
This happens sometimes, not sure why. The way I always fix that problem is to disable the mod, load the game, exit the game, re-enable the mod in load order again and go back into the game. Should be fine after that.
Hey so I'm a total noob when it comes to computer stuff, and I barely managed to get this to function; I was wondering if there's a way to turn up the volume of the songs that play on the radio? The station is so much quieter than the other ones in my game.
For me, all the custom radio stations play above the vanilla stations or it's my impaired hearing, but then with no volume limitation, the custom radio stations would not allow me the hear dialogues and game noises. Either you set radio volume to very high in settings, Or you can find in windows sound settings for your sound control panel for your main device and in properties set the "Loudness Equalization", or you can use the audio editor to increase the gain of the files in the station, Audacity will do. Then final resort enters the Creation Kit and removes -12 gain for the tracks. For the people who use headphones, for the most part, the very load everything is not good. But, I get this complaint all the time.
