Instead of removing cloak from DLC03_EncWolf05 better solution is to change spell list template in DLC03_ADV017_MutantWolf to DLC03_EncWolf01Template.
That way wild glowing wolfs can still do radiation damage while those sold by Erikson come without it. It also woks better with mods like Plutonium Creatures.
I had stopped buying Erikson's dogs because they kept attacking the caravan guards and I place caravan post at every settlement, I never used his dogs long enough to see if they attacked settlers
I had made myself a personal mod that removes the radiation damage but this mod takes it so much further! I love the tweak you did to the wolf varieties, it was annoying to not get "normal" wolves if you did Far Harbor at too high a level.

Edit: Nevermind! I got it! I spammed the "recyclereactor" console command at her until she was glowing again. Hopefully she won't switch back.
