Version 3.0
Reduce the flee distance by about a third. NPC ran way too far away when on fire.
Changed more fire effects to be fire resistance and to do no damage to power armor or asbestos lining.
Reduced the damage amount of the effects that changed from energy to fire resist by about half to compensate for reduce resistances to fire.
Added burning sound to some fire hazards.
Attempted to place a fear effect on some general fire hazards but was not successful. NPCs will still stand in car fires until dead.
Reduced the explosive damage of flamer from 10 to 5. This brings the damage per second to about the same as a Minigun. If have Demolition Expert your damage will exceed the Minigun.
Turned on esl flag for the .esp file
