New: Settings option to automatically upgrade default unlimited ammo weapon OMODs to player level (from Companion Weapon Auto Upgrade mod).
New: Settings option to add player weapon perks to companions (Gunslinger, Rifleman, Commando, Heavy Gunner, Big Leagues).
New: Settings option for companions to bleedout until healed in any difficulty (not just survival). Automatically use Stimpaks/Repair Kits to heal if in inventory.

Change: Ability to dismiss companions to different locations removed as a simple CompanionActorScript property update causes all manner of other unwanted dirt to be attached to the actors. Companions dismissed to non workshop locations are sent to Sanctuary.
